SHIPPING & DISPATCH
Tracked and timed services via a courier service are available at an extra cost.
After particularly busy weekends and bank holidays, some orders may take a little longer to ship.
Courier Delivery orders placed before 3 pm will ship the same day. Courier orders placed after 3 pm will ship the next working day.
We currently ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm Monday to Friday will not ship until the following business day. Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays.
IMPORTANT: If your order hasn't arrived, you must notify us within 21 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing.
SHIPPING OPTIONS UK
- 1st Class - Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays but can take up to 3 days
- Special Delivery - Arrives the next day including tracking updates
These are rough estimates, and please allow longer during exceptional times like during the Coronavirus crisis and busy holiday periods.
When using Royal Mail First Class post service, we will not consider your order missing or late for ten post days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend choosing Tracked Special Delivery.
Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday and through the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will be shipped the next working day.
At certain times of the year when the postal system is busier, orders may take a little longer to arrive, and we ask that you wait an additional three post days (Mon-Sat), before contacting us.
If you require urgent delivery, please use Special Delivery option when placing your order.
Items sent by a tracked service such as Tracked Special Delivery will require a signature on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your order.

These services are next working day only and exclude highlands & islands. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & Isle of Wight courier is a two-day courier service, and standard Royal Mail First Class may take slightly longer.
On infrequent occasions, Special Delivery can be affected by operational issues with our partners and may arrive later than planned. We cannot be held responsible for operational issues with our partner services but will operate in line with their policies in such an event.
